TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Special Orders already in production cannot be cancelled. Claims for shortages or damages must be made within 10 days of receiving the products. Should it become necessary to institute legal action to collect sums due from this order, The Lights of Rome Inc. shall be entitled to collect from the buyer reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred in this action. Any legal action or claim from either the buyer or seller shall commence and be maintained only in the Federal or State Courts, which sits in the jurisdiction of the seller’s Home Office. Acceptance of order signifies agreement to TERMS. Past due amounts will be charged a 1½% interest charge per month, not to exceed the legal limit.
